Its been 2 wks alrdy since my holidays started, time sure flies even when you are not doing much productive stuff esp when work beckons.
Managed to do some catching up with close friends, plan Christmas outreach alongside the cell and enjoy a slower pace of life, not to mention sleep all i want. Currently doing project - making Christmas gifts!
After last yr last min heroics, this time rd, I'm starting earlier and told myself not to be too ambitious. I wonder how many ppl still kept the pic card i gave them last yr or have they threw it away? Somtimes u wonder what u give to ppl like time, energy, gifts, etc has any significance or everything is really done in vain? U wonder sometimes what exactly are you doing in life and whether your existence is of any real value.
God places us in the most unexpected of places, give us the most unexpected things to do and let us go through the most unexpected of situations. Yet through it all, his Love for us surpasses all understanding.
I pray this Christmas will indeed be something unique for each one of us. That though we are growing, eh... aging with more wisdom as well... we don't forget the correct focus of why we celebrate Christmas, why we go to church and cell, why we even call ourselves Christians.
